About MindScreen
Helping people get clarity about their mental health — before or between appointments.
Why we built this
Getting a mental health assessment can take months — sometimes years. Waitlists are long, appointments are expensive, and many people walk into their first session without a clear way to articulate what they're experiencing. MindScreen was built to fill that gap: to give people a structured, evidence-informed way to understand their own patterns before they see a professional.
Validated screening instruments
MindScreen's questions are adapted from commonly used screening frameworks and condition domains, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, autism, bipolar, PTSD, and more. The short MindScreen versions are conversation aids for self-reflection, not replacements for full instruments or professional assessment.
We are not a clinical service
MindScreen does not employ qualified professionals and does not provide diagnosis, professional care, or advice. We are an informational tool. Our reports are designed to be a starting point — something concrete you can bring to an appointment or support conversation.
Privacy by design
No account. No stored health data. Your answers stay on your device. We built MindScreen with privacy as a default — because what you share during a mental health screening should be yours.
